In addition to the requirements above, your paper:

• The Pandemic has had a massive impact of all industries especially the Telecom industry. Critically evaluate-the employee engagement initiatives undertaken by Zain related to employee health and wellbeing highlighting the changing nature of engagement initiatives?(LO1) (7 marks)
• Research on engagement theories/models and propose at least two employee engagement theories/model for Zain that they can use during the current phase i.e. Post Pandemic (LO1, LO2, LO3) (15 marks)
• Reflect how employee engagement helps Zain build its brand to become employer of choice. (LO2) (8 marks)
